Our experienced guides are experts at creating an interactive atmosphere that keeps kids entertained and informed throughout the journey. The tour moves at a gentle pace, with plenty of opportunities for little ones to ask questions and get involved in spotting wildlife. It’s the perfect family activity that combines education with excitement, ensuring that the wonders of the natural world are accessible to even our youngest guests.

Chad was our very knowledgeable captain. He is native to the area and offerred tons of information about the local flora and fauna. The one hour ride starts out in a canal, where we saw aligators (including mom and babies), turtles and even a rare bird! Chad also shared information about the waterway and lake. The second half of the ride went across the beautiful lake, where we saw more aligators and flocks of birds. It was 70 degrees out, we wore jackets and were comfortable, even though there is a bit of spray when the boat first picks up speed. They supplied headphones for optional ear protection. Overall it was a great ride, and impressed my out of town guests.

Tom & Jerry’s… first and for most, the staff is Kind. That speaks volumes for me. The experience of the airboat rides were more than I could have hoped for! As a teacher, photographer and painter- the images I was able to capture will be so hard to choose from. The captains know what they are talking about! My advice would be to drag yourselves and your kids away from devices and enjoy the wonder of Gods amazing creation. This was a first for me … I was so in awe that I booked two more trips before I head back to NC. Thank you all for such a great experience!

This was my 2nd visit to Tom & Jerry’s. The new owners from about a year ago have made many improvements. It was a beautiful day and a wonderful way to welcome visitors to our area. The Captain was entertaining showing us around and making sure to find the wildlife to show us. It’s exciting to hold a baby gator. I will definitely take all my future visitors back to see Tom & Jerry’s in the future.

We are a family of four adults and have just experienced the one-hour airboat tour. We had an amazing time! Captain Chad was both informative and funny. We saw alligators, turtles, fish, and a wide variety of birds. The scenery was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Tom & Jerry’s Airboat Tours — it was well worth the extra time in our journey to visit. Getting to hold a baby alligator was the highlight of the entire experience! Thank you for a great time!

Visiting from NH and this was our first airboat ride. Definitely something we couldn't wait to try and Captain Chad made it unforgettable. We saw tons of different birds and several beautiful gators. He stopped a few times to point out special trees and areas with history as well as answer all of our questions. The highlight was holding the baby gator at the end of our tour. Highly recommended and we can't wait to do it again!

This trip was Amazing. Kyle was very knowledgeable and took us right to the Alligators. As my husband said…we could have done that ALL DAY!!! Very friendly place, sweet people, very clean restrooms. I would definitely suggest it to Everyone!

We visited Tom & Jerry's over Labor Day weekend this year. It was a beautiful day. We learned that we were visiting during alligator season and that the alligators would be on high alert. We felt a little saddened thinking that was a nice way of telling us we wouldn't see any. Boy were we wrong. 1st thing we came upon a grouping of baby alligators and from there ended up seeing about 7 through the ride. We also were impressed that we were given our full time allotted for the ride even after we waited on other guest who called in saying they were on their way. Other places didn't ensure the same. We saw birds, turtles and learned a ton about the area. Captain Chad was an awesome guide with a great personality. We highly recommend taking a ride with them.

Amazing airboat tour! Captain Chad was a fantastic guide—skilled, fun, and even parked the boat with style. The highlight was getting to hold a 3-year-old alligator at the end! If you’re looking for adventure and close-up wildlife encounters, I highly recommend this experience.

Captain Chad ROCKS. 5 stars. We went when it was super HOT mid day but he still made it fun. Took us to some great spots. Had some great stories and showed us some baby alligators. Great personality and just a fun time for families and friends. Hold the baby alligator at the end. Don’t forget to ask him how marshmallows were invented.

We are conveniently located in Central Florida, less than half a mile off I-75. Whether you’re coming from The Villages, Wildwood, Orlando, Ocala, Tampa, or beyond, we’re easy to find and perfect for a quick day trip.
Comfort is key! We recommend wearing casual clothing and shoes suitable for the outdoors. Don’t forget essentials like sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. A light jacket is also a good idea if you’re concerned about wind or cooler temperatures. And of course, bring your camera to capture all the wildlife and stunning views!
