Great ride, great boat, great guide! Chad really was awesome... Very knowledgeable and funny. Grew up on the lake and knows it well. We saw several gators and various birds and fish. Chad did a great job of balancing a nice comfortable, relaxing sightseeing tour with some exhilaration! Office and grounds were very well maintained and had plenty of gifts and some snacks and ice cream for the kids. My two boys held the baby gator and each bought a real gator head to bring home they liked it so much! Highly recommend A++

Did an airboat tour with Captain Chad yesterday and it was wonderful. Very informative and overall a really fun experience, even our toddlers loved it. If you are thinking about doing an airboat tour book it you won't be disappointed

This place deserves 10 stars! We went for a ride this past weekend, Chad was our airboat Captain and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The grounds are clean and well maintained, all the staff we encountered were very friendly and we can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend for a fun day out with the family!

Captain Chad was great!! He provided us with a great background of the area and explained to us the current conditions for the alligators. He knows the Lake really well and areas where the gators typically hangout. He explained much about the habitat. Chad pointed out birds, turtles, and plants that are special to the area. It was not only educational but fun. We saw baby and teenager gators. Office staff was also pleasant and helpful.

This was the best experience of our whole trip! Captain Monte gave us the very best airboat tour - we saw lots of alligators, birds, turtles, and he made it fun and exciting. Kayla, in the store, let our kids hold the baby gator as much as they wanted, she was so helpful, kind, and patient. Our kids loved the gem mining and tortoises as well. HIGHLY recommend paying them a visit!!!!!!

We had an unforgettable experience here!!!! Our airboat captain Chad was incredible!!! He not only gave us a gnarly ride but also helped us take great pictures and pointed out all sorts of wildlife along the way. Super knowledgeable At the office the ladies were just as sweet… they even let us hold a baby gator for free, which made the kids day! BTW we had two 8-year-olds in our group and they absolutely loved it..smiles all around. The gift shop was a nice surprise too. Scored some awesome sunglasses and a fun magnet for the fridge. The whole place was clean, with A/C bathrooms (huge bonus on a hot Florida day), and fun fact… the office used to be a bar. (Try to order a beer) haha After the boat ride, they gave us discounts for Big Bass Grill down the street, which was a perfect way to end the day. Great food, great vibes, and great people all around. Highly recommend this place for families, tourists, or locals looking for the real deal Florida adventure!
